I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Dr. Bui and her assistant, Michelle, at Smile Generation. From my initial visit through all subsequent procedures, which involved several complex steps, their professionalism and care were truly exceptional. Dr. Bui's mannerisms were consistently calm, reassuring, and highly empathetic, creating a very comfortable atmosphere that significantly eased my anxieties about the dental work. Michelle mirrored this excellent demeanor, making every step of the process feel smooth and supportive. Their attention to detail was remarkable. Every aspect of the treatment, from the initial examination to the final adjustments, was handled with precision and thoroughness. I felt confident that no stone was left unturned and that the quality of work was of the highest standard. What truly set them apart was their clarity in instructions and expectations.
